About PVQA Consulting

PVQA Consulting, founded in December 2025 by Zahra Khokher, delivers trusted, practical, and compliance‑focused PV expertise. With nearly two decades of industry experience across PV, QA, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, Zahra brings a rare blend of operational depth and strategic insight to every project.Zahra began her PV career after graduating in Biomedical Science in 2006 and has since worked across leading pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations throughout the UK. She strengthened her technical foundation in 2011 with a Certificate in Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and later qualified as a PV Auditor in 2015. Her consultancy work spans PV audits, CAPA management, PSMF gap analysis, PV agreements, and QMS development.
